For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the halo69 website accessible at halo69.cam, including all associated sub-pages, tools, games, and services.
• "User" / "Member" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Wallet Balance" means the real-money IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Member's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must bet before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by halo69 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (traditional numbers-lottery markets), and all other wagering products offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to, or use of, online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an active Account on halo69, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. halo69 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market. Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
4. Jurisdiction: You confirm that online gaming is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in your location.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program, and you are not using the Platform to evade an existing self-exclusion arrangement with any other gaming operator.
6. Not an Employee: You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of halo69 or any of its affiliated companies, vendors, or service providers.

Registration on halo69 is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

halo69 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or terminate an Account at any time without notice if:

• The information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform;
• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• You reside in or are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. halo69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, all Members are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. This process may also be triggered at any time at halo69's sole discretion, including in response to unusual Account activity.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or a valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address (dated within the last three months);
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that you are the legitimate account holder of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of the account name matching your registered name).

halo69 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business hours during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). We reserve the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear or insufficient. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

5.1 Deposits. halo69 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following approved payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction (subject to individual bank transfer limits).
• Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally instant.
• Deposit Fees: halo69 does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which halo69 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. halo69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per request.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawal Fees: halo69 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Expedited processing may be available to Black Diamond VIP members at no additional cost.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by membership tier. Contact support for your specific tier limit.

halo69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed or withheld p ending investigation. Any winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be void.

halo69 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit-match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time the promotion is claimed.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the deposit-plus-bonus amount (e.g., 25x bonus, 35x deposit+bonus).
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation. Failure to meet the requirement within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10–20%, and live dealer games may contribute 5–10% or be excluded entirely. Check individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus. Typically, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 25.000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to transfer bonuses between accounts or abuse bonuses through collusion, matched betting, or other fraudulent means will result in Account suspension and confiscation of all funds.
• halo69 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any time. If a new bonus is claimed while an existing bonus is active, the original bonus will be forfeited.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on halo69 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. These rules are available within each game section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or other disruption, settlement rules as displayed in the specific market will apply. halo69 reserves the right to void any bet if it reasonably suspects match-fixing, insider betting, or other forms of corruption.

7.2 Casino Games. All casino games offered on halo69 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results over short play sessions.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game-specific rules (e.g., blackjack house rules, baccarat commission structure) are displayed within each game interface. Video stream quality depends on your internet connection; halo69 is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues on the player's end.

7.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a malfunction during a game round (software error, communication failure, technical glitch), the round will be void and stakes will be refunded to the player's Account. halo69 is not liable for any potential winnings that might have been earned during the affected round. If a palpable error occurs in odds, pricing, or game logic, halo69 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

7.5 Maximum Payouts. The maximum single-bet payout on sports betting is Rp 2.000.000.000 (two billion Rupiah). Casino games have individual maximum win limits as specified within each game. Progressive jackpots are paid according to the specific jackpot rules of the game provider.

halo69 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We encourage all Members to gamble within their means and to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over specified periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a configured duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or create a new Account.

• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing another person to access your Account;
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of syndicated betting designed to exploit the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interfere with the Platform's operation or to gain an unfair advantage;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform or its games;
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated play, hedging strategies, or low-risk wagering patterns designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine risk;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, you must report it to our support team immediately rather than exploiting it;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering. Initiating a chargeback is considered fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and possible legal action;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members or halo69 staff;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.

halo69 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems to identify suspicious activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving suspected criminal conduct.

All content on the halo69 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of halo69 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any halo69 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without our express written consent;

halo69 provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

halo69 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services;
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, software malfunctions, or third-party service outages;
• Losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or power failures;
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure or your sharing of Account access with third parties.

In any event, halo69's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the halo69 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

halo69 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and restricted access protocols to safeguard your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access by malicious third parties.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The arbitration shall take place in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against halo69.
